MOTORHOME TECHNICIAN WANTED

Join the dynamic and ambitious team at Open Road Motorhomes in Western Sydney as a skilled Motorhome Technician/Mechanic. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team.

As a technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including but not limited to:

Repairing and maintaining Motorhome bodies

12v wiring and installation of accessories such as solar panels, additional batteries, bike racks, water tanks, and TVs
Awning repairs, installations, and maintenance
Appliance repairs and installations
Cabinetry repairs and upkeep
Participating in everyday workshop duties
Providing customer training on equipment after installation

SALES PROFESSIONAL WANTED

Open Road Motorhomes, one of Australia’s leading Motorhome dealerships in Western Sydney, NSW, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a passion for the RV industry/leisure industry and a desire to help customers find the perfect recreational vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Provide exceptional customer service
Stay knowledgeable about current RV models and industry trends
Attend training and sales meetings as required

Attributes required:

Proven sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Passion for the RV industry and outdoor lifestyle
Valid driver’s licence
Ability to use technology and CRM systems
Solid understanding of Google suite and Microsoft Office

MOTORHOME DETAILER/CLEANER WANTED

Join the dynamic and ambitious team at Open Road Motorhomes in Western Sydney as a skilled Motorhome Detailer/Cleaner. We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team.

We expect that you take pride in your work, to be committed to meeting deadlines and enjoy our team based approach under supervision of the Pre Delivery & Sales Team.

You will be responsible for detailing/cleaning a variety of Motorhome interior & exterior surfaces in a timely & cost effective manner. You will be able to work to a checklist provided, accurately record all work completed & have the ability to work with minimal supervision.

The successful applicant must be;

Able to work to standard repair times & meet deadlines
Enthusiastic & willing to work
Have attention to detail
Have a current and valid full car drivers licence
