Compare the Jayco models we stock

Jayco layouts can look similar online but live very differently. Here is how the Jayco models we most often have in stock compare. Exact features vary by year, so check each listing for the full spec.

2 berth

Jayco Conquest RM20-5

Layout: Large home-style lounge behind the driver and passenger seats, with an electric bed above it that lowers over the lounge at night

Bathroom: Rear bathroom with separate shower, toilet and vanity

Chassis: 2.3L turbo diesel Renault Master, 6-speed automatic

Best for: Couples who want a big lounge in a compact, easy-to-park van

4 berth

Jayco Conquest 25-1

Layout: 25ft with a slide-out bedroom and island bed, plus a second double bed above the cab

Bathroom: Large bathroom with separate shower and toilet (some include a washing machine)

Chassis: Fiat Ducato turbo diesel (2.3L, or 3.0L on some older models), automatic (6 or 9-speed depending on year)

Best for: Long-term touring or couples who want a walk-around bed and room for guests

6 berth

Jayco Conquest 25-2

Layout: 25ft with slide-out island bed, over-cab double bed and a café dinette that converts to a bed

Chassis: 2.3L turbo diesel Fiat Ducato, automatic (6 or 9-speed depending on year)

Best for: Families or travellers who regularly bring friends along

2 berth

Jayco JRV FD19-1

Layout: Permanent bed across the rear, 4-person front lounge, large bathroom and full kitchen

Chassis: Fiat Ducato turbo diesel, 9-speed automatic

Best for: Couples who don’t want to make up a bed each night, in a van small enough for town driving

2 berth

Jayco JRV RM19-1

Layout: Rear lounge that converts into a large double bed, with storage underneath

Chassis: 2.3L turbo diesel Renault Master, 6-speed automatic

Best for: Couples after a compact 2 berth with a proper lounge by day and a double bed at night

Which Jayco layout suits you?

  • Want the most living space in a compact van? The Conquest RM20-5’s electric bed lowers over the lounge at night, so you keep a full lounge during the day.
  • Hate making up the bed? Look at the JRV FD19-1 with its permanent rear bed.
  • Want a walk-around bed or travelling with more people? The 25ft Conquest 25-1 (4 berth) and 25-2 (6 berth) add a slide-out island bed and an over-cab double.
  • Chassis: Most of our Jayco range is built on the Renault Master or Fiat Ducato, both turbo diesels with automatic gearboxes.

My husband and I bought a Jayco Conquest Motor Home from Open Road early May 2026. We were more than satisfied with the whole process, from customer service, vehicle warranty process and everything related to our purchase, down to the excellent communication, staff knowledge and friendlyness. Whilst we had a minor issue, during the vans warranty period there was no hesitation from Open Road to fix the issue at hand (dead starter vehicle battery), promptly and without fuss. I would highly recommend Open Road Motor Homes to anyone looking to purchase an RV.

A really nice experience from start to finish, the owners and every member of staff were knowledgeable and professional. We traded our VW for a Fiat Conquest, everything was made so easy. They even went over and above, to keep our number plates, due to a sentimental attachment. Highly recommend!! John and Wendy

Such a great experience with Open Road Motorhomes! Professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make the process of buying, what is a large investment, easy. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with them twice now, having been along for the ride with another family members’ purchase. I never felt rushed or like anything was too much and questions have always been patiently answered. I had some modifications done by Nathan that saved me a lot of extra running around which I am very grateful for. I’m confident that I can go back any time for help and advice. My thanks to Eddie, Kayla, Nathan and Kellie for making my motorhome purchase so smooth and pleasurable.

What a buy! And what an amazing team at Open Roads Motorhomes.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by such genuinely warm and friendly staff — especially Kelly, Eddie and Nathan, who truly went above and beyond. It instantly set the tone for a fantastic experience. We were invited to browse freely with absolutely no pressure, yet whenever we had questions, the team was right there with helpful, honest advice.
We completely fell in love with our “new to us” motorhome, but what really stood out was the relaxed, no-pressure approach. We even went off for a coffee to think things through, and when we came back, our motorhome had been beautifully prepared and ready for us — such an incredibly thoughtful and exciting moment!
The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable — which is rare when making a big purchase. The team made everything feel easy and special, and we truly couldn’t be happier with both the service and our motorhome.
Highly, highly recommend — an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The Chocolate Easter eggs were an added bonus as we waited.
