My husband and I bought a Jayco Conquest Motor Home from Open Road early May 2026. We were more than satisfied with the whole process, from customer service, vehicle warranty process and everything related to our purchase, down to the excellent communication, staff knowledge and friendlyness. Whilst we had a minor issue, during the vans warranty period there was no hesitation from Open Road to fix the issue at hand (dead starter vehicle battery), promptly and without fuss. A really nice experience from start to finish, the owners and every member of staff were knowledgeable and professional.  We traded our VW for a Fiat Conquest, everything was made so easy. Such a great experience with Open Road Motorhomes! Professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make the process of buying, what is a large investment, easy. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with them twice now, having been along for the ride with another family members’ purchase. I never felt rushed or like anything was too much and questions have always been patiently answered. What a buy! And what an amazing team at Open Roads Motorhomes. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by such genuinely warm and friendly staff — especially Kelly, Eddie and Nathan, who truly went above and beyond. It instantly set the tone for a fantastic experience. We were invited to browse freely with absolutely no pressure, yet whenever we had questions, the team was right there with helpful, honest advice. We completely fell in love with our “new to us” motorhome, but what really stood out was the relaxed, no-pressure approach. We even went off for a coffee to think things through, and when we came back, our motorhome had been beautifully prepared and ready for us — such an incredibly thoughtful and exciting moment! The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable — which is rare when making a big purchase. The team made everything feel easy and special, and we truly couldn’t be happier with both the service and our motorhome. We purchased our jayco motor home August 2025.  The service and support from the team there and especially from Nathan is absolutely outstanding.
